Revamped Throne of the Supreme
The revamped Throne of the Supreme makes its triumphant return in the next update, offering a brand-new cross-server tournament experience with a faster pace and a vastly expanded matchmaking pool.
1. Tournament Format and Entry Requirements
The revamped Throne of the Supreme officially begins December 20th at 00:00 UTC (pre-tournament prep starts December 19th).
1) Entry Requirements
Server Qualification: Server must have completed Chronicle Place Chapter 17.
Individual Qualification: Lord Level must be ≥ Level 11.
2) Tournament Stages
Each revamped Throne of the Supreme tournament runs for 37 days (30 days of competition + 7-day rest period).
3) Server Season Change
Once the tournament starts, servers that enter a new season will continue to represent their original region. They will only be matched with servers from the new season after the current season ends and the next tournament begins.
2. Tournament Stages
1) Qualifying Round (14 days)
Servers meeting entry requirements within the same season will form a battle region. Lords of level ≥11 can participate. This stage uses a point-based ranking format.
Tournament Rules
Challenge:
a. During this period, you have 10 daily attempts to challenge other lords. Wins and losses result in different point adjustments based on opponent difficulty. Higher points lead to a higher rank.
b. Challenge attempts reset daily at 00:00 UTC.
Settlement and Rankings:
During the Stage Settlement, players ranked in the Top 128 (including 128th place) on the leaderboard will advance to the Group Elimination Stage.
2) Group Elimination Stage (8 days)
Opening Period: 8 days (Day 1 is a day off with no matches). The 128 lords who advanced from qualifiers compete in a round-robin group format.
A. Grouping
All 128 qualified lords are divided into 16 groups of 8 players each.
B. Tournament Rules
a. Battle Format
You must face each of the other 7 players in your group twice (once as attacker, once as defender). Each match is best-of-3.
Winning a match awards 3 points; losing awards 0 points (no deductions). Within each group, players are ranked by their total points, with higher points resulting in a higher rank.
b. Attacker/Defender Assignment:
Round 1: During the first battle, the player on the left side of the bracket is the attacker.
Round 2: During the first battle, the defender from the previous round's first battle becomes the attacker.
Subsequent Battles: In all battles except the first one, the loser of the previous battle becomes the attacker.
C. Tournament Process
All matches start automatically at the scheduled time. After each battle ends, the system initiates a 15-minute countdown. You can adjust your lineup during this break.
D. Settlement and Advancement
During the Stage Settlement, the Top 4 players from each group (including 4th place) will advance to the "Grand Final", totaling 64 lords.
3) Grand Final (7 days)
Opening Period: 7 days (Day 1 is a day off with no matches). During the first 4 days, groups of 16 compete in elimination brackets. Each match is best-of-5; winners advance, losers are eliminated. During the final 2 days, the top finishers from all four groups advance to the Semifinals and Finals to crown the Champion, Runner-up, and Third-Place winner of the Throne of the Supreme!
Tournament Rules and Process
a. Tournament Process:
Matches start automatically at the scheduled time. After each battle ends, the next battle starts automatically after 15 minutes until all 5 battles are completed. Lineups can be adjusted during this break.
b. Attacker/Defender Assignment:
The first battle's attacker is randomly determined by the system; in subsequent battles, the loser becomes the attacker.
3. Tournament Rules:
1) All battles are in Auto Mode.
2) Each player deploys a lineup of 4 units. The same lineup is used for both attacking and defending.
3) Defeat 3 units in the opponent's lineup to win the round. If no winner is determined within the time limit, the system automatically initiates overtime until the round is decided.
4) Battle Boost: 60s after each battle starts, both sides receive a "Showdown" boost, increasing their damage by 50% every 3s until the battle ends.
