I have almost 10000 legend chests and no keys, they hand out hundreds of chests in Fortune Voucher event but there is nowhere to get keys in that number.

Let your VIP expire, then when re-collecting your loot from mail leave the chests in and delete those messages - AFTER YOU TAKE THE GOOD LOOT OUT

I would like to cancel my VIP subscription ASAP...

1. delete the excessive legend chests smilie ( almost 5000 ) smilie after looting the good items.

2. re-claim items from in-game mail and leave excessive legend chests behind to be delete it.

3. Do i have to start over to VIP 1 after re-subcribe from VIP 11 smilie smilie ..thanks.

Thank you for your suggestions on the first and second points; my team will take them into serious consideration. Regarding the VIP 11 re-subscription, you won’t need to start back at VIP 1. Your VIP experience will remain unchanged.
