The game starts with a conversation between the you and Blanco, your father's partner. Blanco asks you to go home immediately, since your father has asked you to meet him to talk about something very important. Before going home, you ask Blanco if you can take a Beauty with you. Blanco agrees and lets you choose a Beauty of your liking. Then, the both of you take a car to go home and meet your father.
On the way home, you receive a phone call: your sister has been kidnapped! You decide to change your destination and go save your sister, but your car crashes in an accident and you lose consciousness. It's then when Blanco receives a message: while you were trying to save your sister, your father was murdered. In order to rescue your sister and avenge your father, you decide to become the next mafia boss, head of your family.

The main character will have to expand his influence and improve his Enforcers to become stronger.
